After a strenuous 12 week physical therapy program and countless sleepless nights, this morning Bob Whelan was given a three week throwing program to have himself ready for the Spring 2010 softball season. Some assistance will be needed by fellow teammates as this program is designedto actually get out on the field and throw the ball with someone.
